Over Mother's Day weekend, we flew up to New York to attend 2 weddings. Since Sanjay was with me, we made the most of our trip and crammed in visits to family and friends.
On Thursday we went to White Plains to see Jenna and meet new baby Hannah (born in April).
On Friday, as we headed to Gettysburg, PA, we made several pit-stops. The first one was Staten Island, to have brunch with Sanjay's cousin's family. The next stop was NJ to visit Namita and meet new baby Lily (born in March). Our final stop was Philadelphia, where we met Sanjay's cousin's new baby Samuel (born in March). Yes, lots of babies to see and they were all about the same age!
We arrived in Gettysburg on Friday night. On Saturday morning, we attended Sanjay's cousin Mike's wedding. We spent time with cousins we don't get to see much: Cousin Paul & his wife Biji & Cousin Paula & her hubby Tom. Fun cousins + open bar = good time! Fortunately there was a designated driver (aka pregnant lady) to cart them around!
On Sunday we went to Bergenfield to attend my cousin Tina's wedding. Got to see lots of family and familiar faces!
The month ended with Alisha's KG spring program. The program was called, "How Does Your Garden Grow?"
