At 18 months, Jacob is in the midst of the "terrible twos". Whenever we scold him, he falls onto the floor (with a thud) and cries. He's usually there anywhere from 5 seconds to one minute and gets up when he sees no one's paying him any attention. We've also taught him to go into the "time-out corner" (in the kitchen) when he shows bad behavior. He's so cute and pathetic that it's hard to keep a straight face; we're usually covering our mouths and laughing.

This month I attemped to use natural daylight in some self-portraits. It was fun. Not using flash is definitely a challenge!

Alisha's learning how to use her digital camera (my old Canon A620 that turns off if you hold it the wrong way) so I'll be including some of her pictures each month as well. They all required straightening but some of the pictures came out really well. Alisha's pictures have "AMK"� in the file name.
